Tao Vinyasa classes which is from the school of Paul Grilley who developed Yin Yoga has 3 different flows. Each flow combines martial arts with dance, focuses on the strengthening and the free flow of the body.
“Golden Seed” flow focuses on the blood and chi flow. The students are encouraged to feel the Tan Tien which is the center of the body and the chi energy pump. This flow stimulates the spine and the legs by both stretching and strengthening at the same time.
“Warrior” flow which strentghens the legs and streches the lower back, enhances power and balance.
“Flying Dragon” flow stimulates the heart and lung meridians and also strengthens the arms and upper body.
These classes empower your body, bring fluidity to your joints and your movements and provide a deeper connection with your body and hopefully with yourself.
