About My Classes

My classes are structured in the way that they open the safe space needed for you to give into yourself during the yoga practice, respecting each individual’s unique anatomical structure, physical and emotional state, and in this sense, offering the correct modifications designed according to each body’s needs, and including both physical and mental focusing. On the other hand, these practices comprised of meditative and at the same time restorative flows invite you to confront your boundaries and yourself in a gentle way.
